... a years supply of baby milk, repainted the children’s canteen and established a book corner.
In 2009 BCTFN funded repairs to the electrical system, which had been condemned by the local authority as dangerous. BCTFN also supplied two washing machines, a gas cooker, 100 chairs and 100 sets of plates, bowls spoons and forks.
Some of the children are awarded scholarships by the Student Education Trust (SET). BCTFN funds one of the SET programs “SET for Society” which teaches the scholarship students how to give back to society.
